I contacted you about 4 or 5 months ago because I needed help with my Workers’ Compensation claim. I had already been denied twice by that time.
After contacting you, we filed again on October 14, 2011 after getting my medical exams done. On November 3, 2011 I received notice that my claim for the condition in both my shoulders had been accepted by OWCP. I had my first surgery on December 28, 2011, and I know that without your help, I would not be at this point and would still be siffering from the pain in both my shoulders.
Thank you so very much for your guidance in this matter. I know that the pain I’ve suffered with the last few years will be alleviated soon and I look forward to getting my life back. I was really shocked and amazed that something I’ve suffered with for so long is finally being brought to an end all because I was finally referred to someone that could guide me through the maze that is the FECA/OWCP.
