Having suffered an on-the-job traumatic work injury at the Post Office in March 2017, my case with the Department of Labor was closed in November 2017, before my medical needs were met. Also, I stopped receiving pay although I was unable to return to work because of the pain I suffered. I knew I could not go up against the Department of Labor on my own, that is when I turned to your law firm.
When I contacted your office for help, not only was everyone professional and attentive, but also seemed concerned for me and my situation.
I am now receiving pay again and my medical needs will be covered.
